Our goal at Seymour Primary School is to continuously improve on providing a safe learning environment that promotes academic success for all children. We value the instructional time provided for our students and foster an environment where transitions and processes are effective and limit the loss of instructional time. Our mission is to build relationships to inspire learning.

Our school supports an environment that shapes a nurturing culture and reinforces positive behaviors and relationships through symbolic actions and modeled behaviors that represent the values and beliefs of our entire school family. Our school-wide positive behavioral goals are to be "RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL, and READY TO LEARN."

Our foundation of expectations aligns directly to these three simple rules. As we deliver an instructional framework that focuses on literacy and numeracy, our purpose is to provide access to learning for all children by using multiple strategies to understand their learning needs and purposefully using this information to inform our instruction in supporting our students to learn and grow.
